Your presence puts my mind at ease and makes my heart race with desire. To all the women I have ever met and all the ones I will meet, I love every single one of you, I honestly mean it. Each and every single one of you have a truly intriguing story to tell. A lifetime of experiences filled with emotions and different perspective that I just can’t wait to hear. I’m grateful that God, Allah, Mother Nature, the Universe, or any higher power that might exist created you to grace this earth. First Day of My Life - Bright Eyes

This is a truly down-to-earth love song. It doesn’t contain any cliches that are used over and over in pop songs. In fact the word love is not even used once in the song. This is just a honest account on how one feels when they meet the love of their life. Like he says in the song, falling in love is not like winning the lottery instead it’s working for the paycheck little by little. People tend not to appreciate things that fall right on their lap. It’s just like when teasing a cat with a piece of string, you put it just out of reach it keeps chasing it but if you hand it right over the cat just gets bored. Maybe we are all like cats, we don’t appreciate things just handed to us but when we work for it and we feel that we earned it then it’s really appreciated for all it’s worth. I think that moment when you’re with someone you love and finally realize how much you appreciate them is the first day of your life, a new life started anew. It’s really nice to hear song that realistic about love, where he basically says “Hey maybe we’re not perfect, but I still really like you”.

Imagine - John Lennon

Imagination takes our ideas to new heights, it allows us to dream bigger without any limits to interfere. The force that drives our creative minds make this world a better place. John Lennon was an example of a man who truly possessed an uninhibited imagination, one of history’s true idealists. He was able to see what’s the best that could happen, only focusing on the positive outcome. There is no need for war, starvation, oppression, genocide, poverty, and hate! Contrary to popular belief, it’s not human nature to fight. Our true nature is to progress forward by building a better future. People are inherently good, each and every one of us is fully capable of doing great things to contribute to this little blue planet of ours. We can all live happily, love one another, and share this world. It’s completely possible, all we need is a little imagination.

This song brings out my sensual side. When listening to it I just want to grab a woman and speak the language of love with her. No words, just deep breaths and our bodies touching. It’s communication on a much deeper level, an expression of true passion. Gazing into her eyes and letting the windows to our souls speak for themselves. Hearts beating quicker and quicker, teaming with anticipation and a feeling of pure ecstasy. Our skin tingling with pleasure. Touching the very core of emotion through connecting two souls. A expression of love that transcends language and encompasses all forms of mind, body, and spirit.

These are the five songs that will make up this epic ultra song:

1. Any Colour You Like - Pink Floyd
2. The Great Gig In The Sky - Pink Floyd
3. The Girl - City and Colour
4. Across The Universe - The Beatles
5. No Cars Go - Arcade Fire

Sound: This song shall be an epic length of 15 minutes containing three movements. The two beautiful Pink Floyd songs shall be extended and will be the instruments. It will lead from Any Colour You Like to The Great Gig In The Sky. As for the vocals, they will be slightly redone so it can match the instrumentals. It will start with The Girl blending into Across The Universe then leading into No Cars Go which shall blend with The Great Gig In The Sky’s epic background R&B vocals as the grand finale.

Meaning:  This epic ultra song will be a love story in three acts. With Pink Floyd’s instrumentals adding this moving quality to it, the sounds will skyrocket you through a journey of deep emotions that dwell deep inside the heart. The Girl shall be the first act where it’s about the beginning of love, the infatuation and the feeling of pure limerence. That time when the sun always feels like it’s shining on you. When you become the luckiest person in the universe and you have the undeniable desire to spend more and more time with them. The second act is Across The Universe, the point where you would do anything for your loved one. All your life is dedicated to be happy with them and show your love for them on a daily basis. You feel as though you have traveled across the universe with them, sharing so many experiences together. The final act, No Cars Go, will be the point where love transcends life itself. It’s the final obstacle of life, to love beyond death itself.

These are all songs that really touch my heart and stir joyful emotions inside of me. Each song puts a smile on my face and my mind at ease. It makes me look forward to loving someone with all my heart and soul. I want to make someone the center of my universe, and through these songs I get a nice sneak preview on how it will feel when that day finally arrives.

Title: This epic love song will be named You Pulled Me Through Time. It’s a reference to a line from one my favorite movies of all-time, The Fountain, “All these years, all these memories, there was you. You pulled me through time.”.

Hide and Seek - Imogen Heap

There comes a point in everyone’s life when we wonder, where are we? No I don’t mean your current geographical location, but where you are as an individual, the point where you are in life. Every little thing we did and every decision we made has lead us to this exact moment. The past lingers in our mind with thoughts of what different paths we could have taken. Fact is the past is already written and there no way to edit it. For many, it’s a game of hide and seek with our past woes. We avoid mistakes and hide away from running into again, then we seek to fix the past as though we had the power to time travel and change everything. However, how much the past torments us and our urge to take a step back tears up inside of us, there is only one direction that is available, which is forward.

Think of Mamas & the Papas meets Yes thrown into a Broadway spectacle and you will end up getting Bodies of Water. This song has this theatrical feel to it, like it was part of an epic musical coming to it’s climax. I love music that takes itself to another level where the sound is grand, the scale is vast, and the length is epic. Long live progressive music!
